The wonderful view from the rooftop at 28th floor rises 170 above sea level and gives you a fantastic 360-degree view over The Mols Hills and Aarhus City. With our special elevator you can reach the top in just 59 seconds.

On several of the roof terraces you’ll find a barbeque, chairs, and tables to gather your neighbours, friends or family for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Our on-site manager is available to help you with everything from facilities to general questions.

When the sun is out, it’s all happy days in the garden, where our green areas bloom. Grab a book and relax in the sun on a blanket in the grass or meet friends at one of the many tables and bench sets in the garden. Also enjoy the beautiful utility garden and watch the insects swarm from flower to flower.

Around the building you will find a running track, which leads to several outdoor sports areas with multitrack and outdoor fitness facilities. In one of our five stair towers, you can surely get your heart pumping with stair climbing. Who will be the first to reach the roof terrace on the 28th floor 170 meters above sea level?

In- and outside you will find optimal settings for socializing. Use the garden and roof terraces to meet up for cozy times with friends and neighbours. In ground floor, you can use our communal kitchens for dining together. Or why not join or establish a food club inspired by your favourite cuisine? Take time to relax in the lounge areas on the different floors where kitchens are also employed. Visit the library and have a nice cup of coffee at one of the coffee stations.
All apartments have their own balcony, and the largest apartments come with up to five balconies. Here you can choose between staying in the sun or shades and find shelter if it’s a little windy.
Take your friends down to the basement cinema and put on a movie or live sports on the large screen. In our playroom you can challenge your friends in games.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our café for a drink or a cup of coffee. Browse through the menu card and choose between a range of delicious meals. Order what you crave and enjoy in cozy surroundings.
On the 1st floor you’ll find our uWork and lounge areas. Here you can book one of three meeting rooms with modern equipment. You can also use our printer room.
If you’re in the mood for a tan, you can use our sun terrace for sunbathing. On the 14th floor you will find our Sauna Terrace with two delicious saunas. Enjoy the heat and the view and jump under the cooling outdoor shower when you need to cool off.
In the basement, you will find high-tech parking. We have 76 protected car parking spaces. We also offer bicycle parking.
